Hello Rusalka Alumni,

          On behalf of the Rusalka Alumni Executive I would like to welcome you to our site. As you can see we are in what can be described as an infant stage in the construction of this web-site. However, you have to start somewhere…one step at a time. We are aspiring to make this site as interactive as possible and keep you updated on upcoming events, and on any kind of news that may be of interest to you. You can be of some assistance here…sharing news and stories and keeping in touch with each other is what it’s all about. You can forward to info@rusalka.mb.ca.

Just to fill you in on a little bit of history. The Rusalka Alumni Executive was appointed by Rusalka’s Board last year about this time. The members include Myron Tarasiuk, Randy Kohuch, Sandra Toews, Cheryl Sobkowicz, Peter Tataryn, Janet Paterson and Candace Skromeda. Since last year we have met several times and we, too, like this site are in a formative stage…a work in progress.We are very interested in updating the Rusalka alumni list. If you are not on the e-mailing list please let us know. We are in the stages of planning alumni events and welcome your ideas for future get-togethers. After all, that is what an alumni does. We are interested in the alumni having fun getting together. We also realize that it is very important that we endeavour to support Rusalka in any way we can to ensure its longevity (Rusalka’s 50th in 2012..amazing) and preserve its history. So, please, come out and support our events.
